The Knox Group is incredibly proud to announce the promotion of Michelle Polito to Vice President of Leasing and Investment Sales. Over the past five years with the company, Michelle has played a defining role in driving growth across our leasing and investment portfolio throughout the Lake Norman and North Mecklenburg region.

Since joining The Knox Group in 2021, Michelle has built a track record as a Commercial Broker that speaks for itself. She was named Top Realtor in North Carolina in 2023 and most recently earned the Bronze Level Production Award and recognition in the prestigious Circle of Excellence by the Commercial Board of Realtors Charlotte in 2025. Her work spans high-profile transactions, including the sale of Luke Combs’ childhood home (now Rustic & Main), as well as strategic commercial deals for clients such as Autism Behavioral Institute, Midas Spring Water, Darktrace, Behavioral Innovations, Stardust Cellars, and The Outpost at LKN.

Michelle’s strength in her role lies in her ability to blend market and financial knowledge with strategic execution. She consistently delivers results for both local entrepreneurs and nationally-recognized brands, helping position The Knox Group as a trusted leader in commercial real estate across North Mecklenburg. This promotion to Vice President is a direct reflection of the hard work and dedication Michelle brings to the Knox Group office every day. 

As Vice President of Leasing and Investment Sales, Michelle will take on an expanded leadership role; guiding sales strategy, overseeing investment growth, and continuing to elevate the standard of service our clients expect. This promotion reflects not only her impressive production, but her leadership, consistency, and long-term impact on the company’s trajectory.
