A 48,910 sq. ft. flex office-warehouse developed by The Knox Group for Knox Group/North 77, LLC. Leasing and property management are handled by The Knox Group, maintaining positive cash flow since initial stabilization.

A 128-acre industrial park developed in partnership with McLeod Corporation. Lots were primarily sold to end users, with The Knox Group handling all marketing, sales, and ongoing property owners' association management.

A 13,000 sq. ft. build-to-suit office completed for Infovisa, a division of Farmers & Merchants Investment Inc. The property is held by affiliated entity Infonox, LLC and managed by The Knox Group.

A 30,000 sq. ft. medical office condominium complex developed by The Knox Group in partnership with a local investor. The first 25,000 sq. ft. was 80% under contract prior to completion of shell construction.

A three-building office complex containing 15,454 sq. ft. of medical and general office space. The Knox Group leases and manages two buildings owned by Abeille Enterprises and manages the Condominium Owners' Association. Currently 100% occupied.

The Knox Group assisted AC Controls in the land search and development of a 60,000 sq. ft. office-warehouse corporate headquarters adjacent to the Concord, NC airport. AC Controls occupies 40,000 sq. ft., with The Knox Group providing development and leasing services for the remainder.

A 41,064 sq. ft. former cotton mill built in the late 1800s — repositioned by The Knox Group into an affordable retail and office complex. The Knox Group achieved 100% occupancy and increased rental rates by over 200% through creative adaptive reuse.
