Davidson at South Main
This mixed-use office and retail condominium development is located in Davidson, NC. It contains 35,000 sq. ft. in two buildings. Vertical construction complexities included integrating uses such as a Veterinary Hospital, Mexican restaurant and separate general offices. Affiliated entity, KCK South Main, LLC maintains ownership of 10,000 sq. ft. leased to the Vet and iQmetrix, a Vancouver based software firm. The Knox Group manages both the leased space for KCK and the Condominium Owners’ Association.

Oak Street Mill
This 41,064 sq. ft. former cotton mill is an example of creative repositioning led by the Knox Group. The mill was built in the early part of the 20th century and by the late 90’s was used as inexpensive manufacturing and warehouse space.
Prior to the Knox Group becoming involved, they successfully relocated the mill’s two tenants to their North 77 Business Park. Left with an empty shell, the owners engaged the Knox Group to lease and manage the complex. They created a capital and business plan to recast the mill into an affordable retail and office complex. They leased the complex to 100% occupancy and increased rental by over 200%.
