The Knox Group currently manages 30+ properties and commercial property owners’ associations. Properties include both single and multi-tenant office, industrial, and retail buildings as well as both office and industrial business parks and condominium associations. Whether managed for affiliates or third parties, The Knox Group treats each property as if it was our own. Our goal is to enhance the properties’ value, improve owners’ cash flow and minimize expenses and any potential problems.
