The Knox Group has developed numerous office and industrial facilities including buildings for Keebler Co., Novant Health, and Verian Technologies. Included in the portfolio are office parks such as the 64-acre Liverpool development and the 128-acre North 77 Business Park in Cornelius NC.
Current developments include Gilead Medical Center II, a 30,000 sq. ft. medical office complex located in Huntersville NC. Construction began in May with completion scheduled for November 2015. Another project under construction is a new corporate headquarters facility for AC Controls. This 60,000 sf building includes offices and warehouse/manufacturing space for AC Controls as well as 20,000 sf of speculative space for lease. Located near the Concord Airport, completion is scheduled for Fourth Quarter 2015.
Planning is currently under way for additional office developments including:
1213 West Morehead – This retail and office building in uptown Charlotte will contain approximately 63,500 sf. Slated for completion in December 2016, space commitments are now being accepted for the building.
Rosemont – A second phase within the Rosemont development in Indian Land, SC will include two new buildings – one retail and one office. The first phase is comprised of a 26,000 sf multi-tenant office. The Rosemont development master plan is for approximately 230,000 sf of office and retail development.
Prosperity Park – 35,000 sf. of additional retail and office condominium development are approved and available. Currently, there are 35,000 sf in Prosperity Park that are completed and managed by The Knox Group.
